Brian Millage has more than 12 years of experience in composting and soil blending, land application and technical services management in addition to another 12 years of environmental disciplines in groundwater, soil, and methane monitoring and sampling.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from California State University, Fullerton, and completed the focused USCC Composting Council Research and Education Foundation’s Compost Operations training course for industrial composting in 2019 to enhance his composting background. He also works locally with neighborhood outreach programs, farmers and regulators.

Brian is focused on restoring degraded soils, assisting local farmers in providing soil supplements including compost and assisting municipal clients in locating outlets for sustainable end-product reuse. This provides a stream of local sustainable products to the agriculture economy in Arizona where he markets compost for Greener World.

Felicia Morrissette is Greener World’s Director of Pellet Marketing, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from the University of New Hampshire and has more than 10 years of experience in residuals. Her expertise extends to topsoil blending, reclamations and regenerative agriculture with a focus on fertilizer bagging, where she applies her knowledge to support sustainable practices.

Jason Krankowski,Greener World’s Assistant Director of Operations and Sales, has more than 25 years of experience in organic residuals management, including nutrient management planning, soil blending, composting, product marketing and sustainable recycling of products for final use in agricultural, horticultural and industrial markets

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Studies from Towson University. He is also a Certified Nutrient Management Consultant and maintains his Maryland Pesticide Applicators License. Aside from his role at Greener World, Jason also operates a 400-acre family farm, where he utilizes many of the Greener World products. Growing crops the “Greener Way” is his passion.

Ken Wetherington is a Greener World Product Sales Representative who holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and with a minor in Citrus Production from Warner University. Ken gained valuable experience working with his father, Kenneth Wetherington, Sr., in the cattle and citrus industries, which have been a family tradition for generations. In 2018, Ken founded his own successful business providing high-quality sod and excellent service to his customers. Ken’s three decades of experience assists his customers in locating the best product for their application.

Kyle Johnson has more than fifteen years of experience in the agriculture, nursery production and landscape industries. Kyle can provide guidance for farmers interested in improving soil health, create wholesale nursery potting mix recommendations, and assist with application of compost and custom soils for nearly any residential or commercial landscape project. Recently, he began serving golf courses and sod farms with a high-quality topdressing blend.

Kyle markets the compost and soils for Greener World in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets.

Lisa Williams, M.S., CPSS is Greener World’s Director of Technical Services has more than 35 years of experience in organic residuals management, including nutrient management planning, soil blending, composting, product marketing and sustainable recycling of products for silviculture, mine reclamation and regenerative agriculture.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and a Master of Science degree in Agronomy from the University of Maryland. She is an ARCPACS Certified Professional Soil Scientist (CPSS), as well as a Certified Nutrient Management Consultant. She is also a member of the State Nutrient Management Advisory Board appointed by the Governor of Maryland. Lisa is an advocate for the continued use of recyclable organic products and focuses on beneficial reuse options to ensure sustainable practices that support a circular economy.

Matt Ensor, Greener World’s Product Sales Manager, was raised in rural Milam County, Texas, is a proud father of two young sixth-generation Texans. Matt is a master of all things field and soil. His father, a career agriculture teacher, helped Matt pursue a lifelong mission toward improving American agriculture. A graduate from Texas A&M University, he focused his studies on watershed management and the impacts from agricultural and residential expansion on those natural systems. With a passion for educating people about the benefits of improving soil, Matt has built his life around helping people do just that. Matt truly believes that in all aspects of life, everyone can make an impact be it small or large on thee environment no matter the size of their footprint.

Matt Niccum started his career in the green industry in January 2012 and has been a member of the TNLA and USCC organizations for more than ten years. Matt is currently a compost plant manager and he has assisted in the design, start-up and operations of several large scale, commercial, mulch, soil and compost operations including business development, management, bulk-bagging and small-pack of both commodity and high-end organic product lines from the early stages of recipe-building to manufacturing to end-user application. Matt is as certified compost operator and a commercial salesman with a proven track record in large scale, commercial landscaping, turf, grass, golf course application, right-of-way, test projects and retail garden centers.

Samantha “Sam” Wooten has more than 10 years of experience in commercial nursery products and soil blending, industrial composting, urban forestry, and regenerative agriculture.

Sam holds and Associate of Science degree in Natural Resources and Conservation from Central Carolina Technical College and is a past recipient of the Recycler of The Year Award from the Carolina Recycling Association for her efforts in composting in South Carolina. She also works locally with education and outreach programs that revolving around soils, composting and agriculture and mentors University of South Carolina students.

Sam is focused on restoring degraded soils and providing local sustainable products to the agriculture economy in South Carolina where she markets compost for Greener World.

Steve McMahon, Greener World’s Senior Product Sales Manager in the Mid-Atlantic and Southern regions of the United States, has a background in forestry resource management from West Virginia University. With more than 34 years of experience in residuals management, his expertise is in fertilization of agricultural and silviculture crops and land base development, as well as the use of residuals products in topsoil blending operations and as an alternative green-energy fuel source.

Steve holds a Virginia Department of Conservation and Recreation Nutrient Management Certification.

Thomas Fantozzi is Greener World’s Northern California Compost Sales Manager. Thomas has deep roots in the agriculture industry, having grown up on a family farm in California’s Central Valley. He served as Grower Relations Manager for Full Harvest, leading the development of that department and building relationships with large and small growers throughout the nation. Throughout his career, Thomas has held business development and marketing positions at several different companies, including PepsiCo, G3 Enterprises (a subsidiary of Gallo Wine Company) and Full Harvest. Through these roles, Thomas gained diverse experience in sales and marketing strategy, grower relations management and operations management.

Thomas holds a degree in Agribusiness from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo, and is a graduate of the 2022 Almond Board Leadership Program.
