Matt Niccum

Matt Niccum started his career in the green industry in January 2012 and has been a member of the TNLA and USCC organizations for more than ten years. Matt is currently a compost plant manager and he has assisted in the design, start-up and operations of several large scale, commercial, mulch, soil and compost operations including business development, management, bulk-bagging and small-pack of both commodity and high-end organic product lines from the early stages of recipe-building to manufacturing to end-user application. Matt is as certified compost operator and a commercial salesman with a proven track record in large scale, commercial landscaping, turf, grass, golf course application, right-of-way, test projects and retail garden centers.
